Etienne starts his mission last October when the Asset Management business-line was created. He has since shown his unwavering commitment to define and implement the asset management plan in the difficult context we are experiencing. Disposals of Australian and African portfolios are concrete examples.

Etienne therefore remains at the head of the Asset Management business-line and will be responsible for continuing to define a long-term holding strategy for the Group, ensuring that our investment decisions are prioritized, and the asset value of the company is improved.

In 2017, when AccorInvest was created, Etienne joined the adventure in London in the Northern Europe teams, as SVP Asset Management for Northern Europe. Graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick, Etienne began his career at Accor as Director of Development in London then Director of Asset Management for the UK and Ireland.

Etienne De La Roncière has been appointed AccorInvest Group SVP Asset Management & Construction in April 2021.
