The protection of personal data aims to restrict access to information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person and to define the conditions under which such data may be collected and processed. This information is protected by various laws concerning the right to privacy, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”).
AccorInvest has implemented a compliance programme for these laws, including Privacy Policies. These policies set out the group’s commitments to its employees, job applicants, customers and other third parties regarding the processing of their personal data.
